Fender Champion II 100

Champion is Fender's digital amp line for affordable practice and playing out. In October 2024 Fender introduced the updated Champion II series in three sizes, 25, 50 and 100, keeping the simple, knob-based control of the original and adding new amp voices and effects. As Fender puts it, there are no menus and no apps.

The Champion II 100 is the largest model in the range, pairing 100 watts with two 12-inch Fender Special Design speakers. According to Fender's official series video, it is built for players who need the power and tonal flexibility for gigging, with effects control on both channels and an effects loop for outboard pedals. A two-button footswitch is included.


Two independent channels

Channel 1 is a clean channel with Volume, Treble, Bass, Modify, FX Select and TAP. Channel 2 offers Gain, Volume and Voice with three-band Treble, Mid and Bass EQ plus Modify, FX Select and TAP, covering Fender clean and overdrive plus British and modern high-gain voicings. Switch channels with the CH SELECT button or the included footswitch.


Built-in effects with TAP

Each channel has its own choice of reverb, delay/echo, chorus, tremolo, Vibratone and more. Delay time and tremolo speed can be set to the song tempo with the TAP button.


Effects loop and practice jacks

An effects loop (Pre Out / Power Amp In) takes outboard effects, while the aux input and headphone output support practice, and there is a rear-panel USB port.
